Robb Barnes, Executive Director of Ecology Ottawa, will lead this hour long webinar on ‘Dealing with Data.’ Robb will draw on Ecology Ottawa’s extensive experience at the intersection of engagement organizing and data management to talk about using data to deepen relationships with supporters.

We will run the gamut from data entry and management, to tracking and monitoring supporters’ interactions, and using data to inform mobilization efforts around campaigning and fundraising. Specific areas of focus include data cleaning, volunteer engagement and risk management, and integrating data across multiple platforms. Robb’s session will draw from direct experience with NationBuilder, MailChimp and NewMode, but the lessons can be applied across a wide range of systems and organizational contexts.
