Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning (Humber College) is a global leader in postsecondary education. As one of Canada’s largest colleges, we are home to 30,000 full-time and 56,000 part-time students including over 4000 international students, from over 138 countries. Humber is grounded in the polytechnic model of education, combining deep, theoretical learning with applied, hands-on experience. Humber has a long history of delivering international projects and programming, drawing from Humber’s expertise in technology, education, health, business and social services. Its International Development Institute has a large international outreach program, numerous partnerships, exchanges and international programs. Through training, workshops and curriculum development both in Canada and abroad, we leverage faculty and student expertise to contribute to a wide range of countries. Humber offers both a one-year post-graduate certificate in International Development that has produces upwards of 70 graduates per year, since 2000.
