ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Scott Schaffer is principal of PIM Consulting, a nonprofit management consulting firm serving organizations in Canada and the U.S. He is a past executive director of NGOs in the housing, food security and environmental sectors and has led or facilitated over 25 mergers and strategic organizational partnerships. He has led numerous trainings for nonprofit leaders on financial sustainability and merger over the past decade. Recent consulting clients include Ecojustice, CPAWS-BC, Wildsight, the League of Conservation Voters and the Land Trust Alliance.
