Do you have a project idea you’d like to develop so you can get funded and create impact? The CAP Network Project Accelerator Series is for you!
This online training series is designed for non-profit, community-based, and grassroots organizations and will take you through the basic components of planning a project that responds to identified community needs and achieves measurable results. Create a plan that will help you manage your project, attract funding, and communicate and report on your impact.
The series will take place on Saturdays from 9:00-10:30am ET, and contains six core sessions and two optional sessions:
January 30: Introduction to the Project Cycle
February 6: Project Building
February 20: Budgeting
February 27 (optional): Using Excel for Budget Management
March 6: Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
March 13 (optional): Using Excel for Data Analysis
March 20: Proposal Writing
April 3: Impact Reporting
