In the lead-up to COP26, the 2021 UN Climate Change Conference being held in Glasgow this November, the urgency for climate action has never been higher. Join renowned photographer Edward Burtynsky and RBC’s Vice President of Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability, Valerie Chort, to learn how technology, media, and new innovations are helping to accelerate change.

Attendees will also experience a short excerpt from “Encountering Edward Burtynsky’s In The Wake Of Progress”, part of the 2021 Luminato festival. This exciting new film by Bokeh Collective imagines the experiences of Torontonians as they encounter In the Wake of Progress, a public art piece from Burtynsky filling the digital screens surrounding Yonge-Dundas Square.
